Problems with equalization

hello,

My name is Morla, I triying for three years start to do freediving, but I have a problem with one of my ear.
I never ever could equalizer one of my ear.
Even when I take the aeroplane I have to move a lot my mouth, move my head and finally my left ear equalizer.
I tried to put water into my bosom, eat pills and nothing. I have asma and in all of my live I always have mocus, 365 days per year.
I would like to visit the doctor to try to solved the problem, because I love this sport, Would you recomended with specialist it would be good for me? There is a specialist properly for a freediving? As a medical sport?

Hello, I had trouble for a while with equalization as well. One day it just clicked and its been fairly easy since then. You should check this video out that is the technique that I use and it becomes easier and easier the more you practice it. Hope this helps some
