Hi!

I have problems equalising my ears and sinuses after 4-5 dives .At my first warm up dive I can equalize almost without holding my nose using Frenzel compensation technique. But as I go on diving my sinuses and ear canals get congested and my compensation becomes very slow.I have to empty my nose before each dive. Are there some nose drops that can help me?I saw on Martins website that he uses handsfree compensation.Does he use some drops that enable him to compensate very easy without pluging his nose?
