Purchase of new kit

It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Just made the weights for the weight vest. I have 8 x 500 grams and 4 x 750 grams. I can fit either small, 2 small, big or small and big in each weight pocket.

Melted and skimmed the lead and poured it into a sardine tin for the mold. The rim was removed with a craft knife. Works a treat for a size that fits through the round holes in the neoprene and has rounded corners. The edges of the lead are not sharp and the preformed tin saved loads of time making a custom mold.

Just saved the best part of £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) on the 8 x 500 gram weights. :friday

Sardine tin proves a winner. :thankyou

What is your temp just now Mart?
We're 10 on the surface and down to 8.5 or so deeper.

This fine weather is still holding out up here Grantl, so many days to choose from between my studying and other comitments ........ lol
I'm biting to get out again soon....

I'm arranging to get use of a computer to upload some pictures.

Ordered a rash guard top and pants.... not proper srearo ones but the same base fabric with military cammo design. It should help break up the view compared with plain black.
I'll need to post some pictures for a laugh if nothing else.
Cost £28 including postage, so if they are ok it will be "a real deal" as said by the duck.
