Hi guys.

I'm new to the forums here and basicly pretty new to free diving.

I was reading about apnea walking, and I wondered how often should this be performed? Is it too dangerous to perform it every day?

Also, how many times should you repeat daily?

I really appreciate all answers :)

The general consensus is that apnea walking is not very helpful, except to the very beginner freediver. There is another thread on this topic. If you are just starting out, it can be helpful. If you have reached intermediate or advanced levels of training, it is not that helpful.

Eric,
do you think exhale apnea walks only have a place in the beginners training program too, and if not why are they more effective?
Also, do you recommend any decent dry apnea exercises with the exception, of course, of a yoga program combined with apnea.

thanks, Marc.
