You are capable of doin 5+ minutes on a static breath.
I did it last night
The key for me is to relax for a few minutes and to tolerate the pain,
You will feel your body go into "Contractions" its normal
Once they start they dont stop.
Mine start around 3 min, Just keep pushing it, Im hoping to work my way into 6:30 by end of summer, at the rate im going, i been adding 1 minute every 2 weeks,
Truthfully, Its not hard, I push my limits/try hard on 2 breaths a Day, thats all i do,
1)Relax
2)Exhale fully
3) inhale fully
4)exhale fully
5) Pack your lungs (Take the biggest breath you can take)
6) take your self into a differnt word,
7) you will have the urge to let air out, dont do it.
try it, your time will increase, mine did atleast
