I got tired of flying with sewer pipe........had some ash and white oak laying about.....kevlar/ carbon twill weave cloth and some TSA approved locks....relativly inexpensive, hard as nails, just under 50 lbs and 103 linear inches so meets airline reqs....works for me.:t
