I have a Rob Allen 110 and wondered if Omer spear shafts (or others) would fit this gun.

I love the RA shafts, but I have easy access to Omer.

Thanks

Hiya

It depends on the type of RA you have. The new Vectra handle will accept the normal euro spears. So your omer spears will fit the new RA mech. Unfortunately, they don't work in the old RA mech.

Also, remember that the RA spears are known for their durability. Very strong and doesn't bend easily. Only downside is that they're not stainless steel!!

Hope that helps!!

Thank you. I have the new RA Vecta handle and thought that was the case. The new RA shaft looked to be similar to Omer, but I wasn't sure

RA shafts are definitely not stainless. they are very high grade of spring steel which is then zinc dipped. Makes a better shaft. I have several and have yet to bend one.

The shaft I received with my RA 110 was similar to the normal euro shaft like Omer, but it had an RA flopper and tri-cut tip. It was definitely an RA shaft, but different locking groove than older shafts I've seen.
