Has anyone ever fitted a rail guide to the aluminium Cressi Comanche? I've seen a universal one made by Omer and was wondering if anyone else had experience with them. Does anyone think it'd be benificial to have a rail guide on a 90cm gun? I know the carbon version had one built in, so i'm assuming that it should help the accuracy (providing i fit it straight!). Any advice would be appreciated.

Personally I dont think rails make any difference on shorter guns, although they dont do any harm. Is the gun inaccurate in the first place? The diver using it is a much bigger factor in the accuracy of the gun than bells and whistles like rails:)

The Cressi Comanche is accurate enough and puting a rail on will maybe not enhance accuracy, its a 90 gun. I fitted a short ushape plastic halfway along mine to reduce down push on shot but it wasnt realy necessary, just got bored one day:) , the carbon cressi has a form of rail built in, probably to add strength to the normaly round shape the alloy tube has. Personaly fitting a rail to a cressi 90 is not a necessity but if you are bored one day:head it may just appear:) :)

Cressi = Accuracy i have one and iam landing small baracudas while i am floating on the surface.I really like this gun.Comanche is much better than my old beuchat gun.
