Rarotonga Diving

Hi all, I am off to Rarotonga for a week in June, and would like to know;
Exeriences with the local dive operators
Good dive sites - we are just going to the big island not Atatuki.
Also taking my 13 y.o. son hope to get him started on O.W.
All feedback welcome.
