re: co2 tables, help please

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
um, tadpole... if you're asking how often someone could repeat c02 tables to get the best results? the sky is the limit...lol, if you can handle like 10 then that'd be great... the more times you do it the more tolence for c02 you'll get, which is basically the whole idea of freediving.
