Should have been a good weeks diving this past week but wasn''t for me. Been a bit under the weather so to speak. Actually so as not to speak as I've lost my voice on top of feeling pretty shitty.

Anyhow was getting frustrated with just looking out on good tides and weather so went in tonight. Only went for an hour and a bit and didn't go too deep but I actually feel a bit better now so my wife was wrong about "killing myself".

Vis is okay and the sunset tonight over a mirror calm sea was magnificent. Saw a few fish including a common (freshwater) eel. Ended up with a nice sole, a big red mullet and a small (tasty) plaice. Weighed the red at 2.5lb and the sole at 2.75lb.

Can't go tomorrow but Saturday looks good.

Dave
