I'm a big fan of VFRs. Love the sound and the distinctive looks. Probably wouldn't get one, though, due to the weight distribution and height. I was partial to my BMW F800S, which was similar in displacement, but a bit smaller and lighter, so it was easy for me to handle. I'd get another if it was the right time and place for street bikes.
Have you ever had a Katana? I hear great things about those as well. Most people who have had them still do, or they deeply regret selling them. Kinda funny, considering their bubbly appearance, but they have quite a loyal following.
