Recommendations for freediving in Eastern Med:Italy/Corsica/sardinia

Heading to Italy (from NZ) next June. I have a week as part of the holiday to do some freediving. The week prior ill be in Tuscany, the week after in Rome. so to keep the time travelling down thinking somewhere western seaboard/Corsica/Sardinia?
1. Any active dive organisations/clubs that I could get in touch with?
2. Any really standout locations for some recreational freediving where I should be looking to base myself.

Thanks in advance, apologies for not asking this in Italian or French (Corsica) afraid my languages are currently limited to English and Bahasa Indonesia. But if you reply in Italian/French I can always use google translate!

Contact fabrizio, rdkk on deeperblue. That should help a lot. He knows many places, he's a cool laid back guy and passionate freediving instructor. He usually organizes stages and training for both groups and single.
 
On a side note, in tuscany you should definitely go to argentario. Beautiful places to dive.
 
Im in italy now.. hoping to meet some people to go spearing or freediving with over the next 4 weeks.
I searched for rdkk and couldn't find anyone.
Can anyone put me in touch with someone I may be able to meet, possibly borrow/buy a gun and float from?
I'm currently in Bianze, just outside of Milan, but I'm happy to travel somewhere to meet people or see a good spot.
