Recommendations for freediving in Tuscany (Follonica, Piombino, etc)

Hey folks,

I'm traveling in Italy and would like to know some suggestions for places to freedive from the shore. I'm currently close to Follonica, so any spots around there would be nice. I saw previous threads recommending Argentino, Elba etc, and I'll probably try these also, but I'm a bit restricted by time. While I have experience in scuba diving, I'm a beginner in freediving and any site accessible easily from the shore with 5-10 meters of water and something else than plain sand bottom are good for me. Extra plus if I can park my wife and kids on a beach close by
