I heard the story from a local dive shop owner. A spearo shot a 67lb striped bass off of Beavertail Rhode Island, USA. It's a new record but he is waiting to record it because a friend of his, just prior to him, shot a 64lb striper and he is waiting for his friend to record his catch before he outdoes him. I just thought the world should know.
