Redfish

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Take the fresh Redfish and fillet it. Leave skin and scales on.
Put the fish on the grill skin side to the fire.
Salt, Pepper, and squeeze a lemon on the flesh side.
After about 10 minutes you are done.

The instructions are very basic because this recipe is very easy, but really good.
 
Mmmmmm, that sounds nice and simple, and Yummy!

now if the flats would just settledown long enough for me to get a fly infront of one..........
