Hi, i would like to hear some opinions on this: for a reel line I use a 1,5mm polyester rope and replacing it every season just in case - according to manufacturer exposed to the sea and sun its becoming less and less reliable, and also after every hard streching - fighting big fish.
Is there some other material more resistant and not much more expensive?
Lines strenghtened with kevlar or dyneema maybe?
Oh, and I don't catch monsters and need some extra strong line, just a resistant, reliable one for max fish weight at approx.20kg.

Thanks.

Do you have any input on the cressi trevira, that is the line I am using in Alaska, but the spearing I do here is not a real test a line.
