Anyone know what the spearfishing regulations are in Belize? I have heard mixed info and can't find any sites that state them. So far I've heard that it is legal as long as you aren't in scuba gear and not in marine protected areas. I've also heard that Belize customs have been known to confiscate guns. Anyone know if this is true?
