Relatively New to the Forum, Moving to Batumi Georgia in a month

Hi all,

I've been spearfishing for about a year now while studying in Thailand. My wife and I are about to make a move to Batumi, Georgia and eager to get to learn about the local culture, language, and lifestyle. Are there any local spearos? I've been searching the internet for regulations and laws but I can't find anything. I'd love to meet up and grab a coffee, tea, or beer. Cheers.
