Reliable HR monitor?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Anyone have experience with a reliable HR belt that would work while freediving & training?

My basic Sigma belt will not register anything below HR ~40, which is useless when training. We'll at least it tells me when the dive reflex starts but nothing after that...

Preferably it should also link up via Bluetooth or ANT+ so I can use it in other sports as well.
