Remedies for head colds, flu etc ...

What do you guys do to speed up the recovery, prevent secondary infections and clear the sinuses ?


I am sure everybody has a recipie that works the best

fresh raw garlic...slice it up and swolow with water...and a glass of dark Rum before bedtime ( for comfort ?... ) always makes life a little brighter...

Five or six drops of Olbas oil in a bowl of steaming water under a towel works well for me repeated about four times a day until the blockage is gone.
