repairing a monofin

Well, being panicked to get into the boat before it drove off without me, I put too much pressure on the foot pocket of my Waterways Nemo monofin trying to yank my foot out... and split the mono right down the middle. It's not completely in half, but ripped from the foot pocket to the middle of the blade. Anyone have any idea of the best way to fix it: fiberglass tape, etc? I'd appreciate any advice, thanks!
 
I fixed mine with P40 fiberglass repair paste, worked really well after i rubbed it down and taped over it with black electrical tape!

Just slap it on, it drys really quick and sand it down.

Give it a go.
