So the carbon fins I've been using for the past Few years has Some damage to the Water rails. The Blades are Fine but I've decided to Replace the rails.
I'm Ordering White Water Rails from Waterway. They fit all Types of Fiberglass or Carbon Blades.
I just want to know if Anyone has had experience with This type Of Project? Any tips or advice?

  • The Plan Was To order Mares Razor Foot Pockets(Use to use Pathos).
  • Cut off the Old Rails and Dremel down any glue or excess Rubber. Careful Not to Damage the Carbon.
  • Mount the Foot Pockets, Then Apply the New Rails, cutting off any excess rails.

If I'm Wrong about any of this Please Correct Me. I want to Do this The Right way and Not Damage or Cause a bigger Mess. Thanks!
