I have been looking for a replacement for my camera that I flooded, I am looking at a couple of different starter/beginner cameras that are made for underwater. Has anyone used any of these models or heard anything of them?
Sealife Ecoshot SL321
Bonica Snapper-XP S5
VuPoint DC-WPC-ST531T-VP

Has anyone prefered to buy underwater housings for your existing cameras over buying a new camera for underwater photography?

I just flooded my Canon S70 (uses a canon housing) and sent it back to Canon. They have a $127 flat fee for the service and I am hoping they will replace the camera. I was not able to find another camera that is out there right now that compares to the S70. I recommend using a camera with housing so you can use it for everyday use too.
My most important requirements for an underwater point and shoot are:
1) 28mm or wider zoom
2) RAW image
3) larger CCD sensor 1/1.8 or greater see this for explanation

recently I stepped up to an SLR and you can see images at my web site
