Results from Finnish indoor champs

Yes, nice results. I wonder, Jome, why you did not do any dynamic - even if you were completely out of form and did just some 75m (I see your PB is 125m), with the static performance of 7:11 you'd be second in total ranking, and if you did little better, you'd be the first.

I think it was enough for Jome that he was the main organizer of our competitions this time = it meant a really lot of work for him also during the whole competition ;-)

Interesting Susana Saari had the bigest total score (202.9), who said females are the "weak" sex.
Congratulation for that Static Jome. With the stress of the organization it's a very good performance

Is Susana new to freediving? If so is it a secret finnish project with the help of some former ussr scientists? ;-)

No Jorg, we are using former DDR scientist and their methods, because they are cheaper

Ah good to know! But seriously... how long is she freediving and has she also done some other competitions?

Timo, Simo and Kimmo! Getting the names mixed up now...

Heh, yeah, just throw in some mo's and you got your self a finnish name

Susanna has been diving a couple of years, but she has a very strong background in other sports and trains like a maniac. But I'm sure she will go a lot further still.

The results machine doesn't really support it, but this competition was individual championships in each dicipline, so the total points was not the aim...So I only did static...Some did only DYN etc. I think this was good, because it gave everybody the time and possibility to truly focus one one dicipline. But that makes Susanna's results even more impressive, because she kicked butt in all of them

Watch out for Kalle as well...150m in this competition may not stand out, but that was after a week of heavy flu and he's been at it just a little over a year...But lately in the pool pretty much every day, some days even twice I guess

Susanna was in my course at december 2004. Her first competition was in Heinola, 7-may-2005, where her results were: dyf 112, sta 4:03.
CWT she has done 33m (28-jul-2005, Asikkala competition) after 3 months training (max once a week). In our training and competition site Asikkala, the daylight is completely lost after 30m, so this is a bit freaky for a newcomer in cwt.

Strage to see others dicussing about me, so I though to "come out" :wave
Thank's for everybody for "amazing" my results. I'm a bit amazed my self too. It's true that I haven't been traning more than a bit over a year, but not like maniac, like jome put it. There's still a lot to do with that. And I'm planning to do that, so let's see you around!
