I'm a Rhode Island native. I've been spearfishing here for probably 4 years and I'm usually looking for someone to go with. I've noticed some threads here on people talking about Rhode Island but they seem to be dead now...so I'm starting a new one. I'm around all summer and most of the time I have a boat I can use. So if anyone reading this is interested in a spearfishing partner drop me a line on this forum or send me a message.
