Hey are there any Rhode island spearos here? I'm thinking about taking a trip to RI to do some freediving and spearing and have some Questions. :wave

where can I find list of some good dive spearing locations? If you have 6 days what are some hot spots try maybe with kickass jetty thrown in there somewhere!

Blade,
It depends where you are going in Rhode Island. It is a "user friendly" state with many spots where you can park next to the ocean and expect to shoot some decent fish. What time of year will you be there? On The Water Magazine sells a great book called "Fishing New England - A Rhode Island Shore Guide". It costs about $15 and is available on their web site.
The "East Wall" at Point Judith is a nice jetty with easy access, you just have to get past the line fishermen.

thanks Chauggie I greatly appreciate it! I'm planning maybe around when the time the have Picasso Open which is like mid August I believe! Is that a good time?
