I have read some not-so-good things here regarding Riffe... sometimes nice to hear the other side. I had a problem with the trigger mechanism on my 3 yr old E100... the seer would not engage the spear notch. Sent an e-mail to Riffe asking for a procedure to remove the trigger mechanism (not easy). Jay Riffe called yesterday, gave me a quick and easy solution.

Every company has problems. It is not the "problem" that is the problem... it is how the problem is handled. I cast (1) personal positive vote for Riffe and their customer service.

I called Riffe for some questions about gear and Julie Riffe answered the call. Gave me some great pointers. Mentioned some things I never thought to look for. I was very impressed. I would rate their CS top notch from that.
