would the NoKAIOI handle 3x5/8 bands? i expect it would but im just trying to make sure...the shaft is an 8mm (5/16)

Thanks

When I had my No Ka Oi. I used a 5/16" shaft and 3 loose 9/16" and itt shot about 2 feet low with that setup. I do know of some diver that use 3 5/8" bands but most of them have the front stabilizing wings. With out the wings, I'd never do it.

The No Ka Oi doesn't have enough mass in it and with extra power the recoil makes it pivots badly around the handle (unlike a Euro which puts the handle more in line with the recoil), this brings the muzzle up which throws the shaft low (2ft? cripes I'd worry if I was shooting 2" low) Like SB said the wings are the fix but they do reduce the swingability of the gun. Far better off getting a gun designed to take that power or even better making your own
