Hi all, my ra trigger sear broke two weekends ago, i'm not complaining against the gun, my ra has been dependable, accurate and provide me with many years of spearfishing fun, the reason i´m posting is because maybe others have a similar problem with a sear, so i decide to made a copy of the sear only that a little beefup.

The problem i have is where i live i didnt have access to a fully machine shop, and machining the hole in a kidney form is somewhat difficult, so i decide to make an almost copy of the trigger and a new sear that can use the same holes positions for the pins inside the plastic original case.
So the question is?, it will holdnthe shaft?, what about safety?, durability?.
Many thanks to all of you for reading this post, and please forgive my english.
