Rob Allen tuna 800 sinking issue

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

I’ve recently started using the RA tuna, once fired the barrel sinks, is this normal for these guns as I’ve seen a few other that float. If this is normal is there any tips on how to make it float.

Do you have a reel attached? I’ve read about about sinking issues with reels attached on the shorter versions. (Not sure if the 800 model is affected) You can always email divefac@iafrica.com. I’ve done so in the past and they’ve always responded quickly.

Cheers I’ve found out now it’s due to not being enough volume of air in the barrel, which is why the longer version manage to float
