Hi, any freedivers or spearfishers in either of those countries? I'm an expat living in Romania (Bucharest) and will be visiting Finland in September (Helsinki and somewhere high up north TBD). I'm looking for a safety buddy. I'm mostly interested in relaxed fun dives.
