Hi!
I havent seen any rules for wetsuits.
Speedo is from this year making a triathlon wetsuit with some extra help to get grip in the water.

Look at this picture how the underarms have extra pockets. I imagine this will help alot in DNF. And maybe there needs to be some rules about design of a wetsuit.

What are the rules for a wetsuit?

I am pretty sure those pockets would simply be thought of as fins, and therefore not permitted in DNF. Nice idea though and may create a nice awareness/feel for training.
