Safety issues for kelp divers in California

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

This is confusing.

I have a thread in the California-West Coast forum that contains a link to another board where there is some information that might be valuable to new California divers who are not familiar with the dangers and difficulties of retrieving fish tied up in kelp.

But I think that the California-West Coast forum is so well hidden that new divers never read it. I always seem them asking their questions in more general forums.

So anyway, if you are a CA newbie, you might want to follow the link listed in my last post in this thread. Kelp can kill you.
