only back from Nice 24 hours and already in the pool training.... le shrimp and I had a great night tonight - he did a stunning static and I did a daring dynamic... inspired by all those champs last week I guess or maybe it was the rose and toblerone fuel!
 
I'm not here next week but the pool session is going ahead - so just make sure you have a buddy, turn up and pay Spike £5 before you go home
