Hi, just a quicky!

Absolute complete novice spearo looking to get myself some 'proper training' at the above, your thoughts please.

I have done the course there (as have several others on the forum) and I can recommend it 100% a great course that will stand you in good stead for you spearfishing, and probably get you interested in free-diving as well

I would highly recommend it. Once you have completed the course recontact me and I will put you in touch with some spearos for some specific advice, but get the basics first it will keep you safe and improve your enjoyment of the sport too
