Hey SaltFree crew,

Well done to all of us - there were some great performances from everyone. Mark just keeps getting better and better - it must be those super'pants' he borrowed!
Sam you are a top coach.
See you all at the Christmas knees up!:friday

Ahem!! About my Kenyan records ... I can tell you're still speechless :mute Two new National records set by yours truly and with no previous training!

Dynamic no fins ... 39m followed a few minutes later by a 2.21 in static after a one minute breathe up. Filmed and judged by Matt and Mume Altsaint with Guillaume as my safety diver no less.

Don't worry, I haven't left the darkside, but here's how ....

Hangover from closing party the night before so big on the dehydration. I took the 'less blood, less CO2, more O2 approach ... for those who appreciate the finer details.

The hangover was fuelled with a breakfast of champions:
3 coffees ... caffeine being ace at clearing the sinuses and providing the energy surge needed for a solid kick in dynamic.
Two croissants and strawberry jam - sugar hit gets me in the zone.
Half an orange ... a whole one would have pulled my static time back and I didn't want to risk an LMC as this was the real thing.

Equipment used:
Speedo cozzie, Zoggs goggles in blue. No suit, no weights, just pack and go.
Kudos to AM for being my coach.

Imagine what I could do with a couple of vodkas in me :D
Elf for president!

Rockin' time guys 'n' dolls!! You know where to find the pix.
xx

Team UK is in the Feb edition of DIVER mag. Page 12/13, News article by Altsaint and piccies by The Storm :D ... you who complain about my snap happy tendencies.

UK dream team are also rocking in Sport Diver's Feb edition. A two page spread written by a Saltfree undercover agent (of the mermaid superstar ilk :D). Fab pix to go with the ink.
Nice job secret agent!

Huge piece in H2O as well - the Red Sea's Dive Magazine..

it was meant to be anonymous but they put the byline in so I think I can admit I wrote it now.

Will scan and post it when I get home
