Thanx Johnny! I was a little bit lost looking and trying to choose between all those nice places. I'm going with a car (and a dog ) so I hope that it would be possible to reach some nice hidden places. Maybe I should take a boat with me to

If you are coming in late July or August beware! Accomodation prices are astronomical and the traffic is absurd. September is the best month to visit, and the water is still very warm.
Having said that Umberto is holding informal courses from S. Teresa in August. The cost is 45 euro a day, and you can pretty much just turn up and go out on the boat with him. S. Teresa is a very nice place to stay, and the diving is good. Further east along the coast the depths are mostly shallow. Alghero is good - Capo Caccia has some amazing cave diving.

I'm coming at the end of July. It's probably similar situation like in Croatia at this time of year. But can't escape from it.
Thanx for the advice Where can I find Umberto? I haven't found anything about courses at S.Teresa on his page...Maybe

so how was it
It was great! Beautifull sea, clear and much more transparent than Adriatic Sea on wich I'm used to. Lot of fishes. When I first saw full ferries shiping every day...I thought that it would be like in a Croatian islands in summer...full. But in Sardegna, I managed to find a hidden, lost, quiete places , where the fishes aren't even afraid of people.
Should be visited by evrey diver :inlove
Will put some pictures!
