Sardinia and Corsica

Hey!

Two of my friends and I are planning to visit Sardinia and Corsica for spearfishing and freediving (especially at Merouville) on July. Do you have any recommendation about charter boats for spearfishing especially?
Also we have to get informed about regulations and restrictions for spearfishing. What would we have to do about licence issue.
I am interesting about any other information about dive in Sardinia and Corsica ofcourse :)
Sure, we would like to meet new friends and dive together.
