finally off to sardinia in the next couple days. I'm looking at staying up around s. teresa in the north but was curious if anyone had any leads/insites on other areas of the island and/or places to stay, shops, fellow divers etc. I've recieved some very helpful advice previously here and would greatly welcome any more. Many thanks, David

/me is envious

There's a nice diveshop in [ame="http://maps.google.com/maps?q=jerzu%2C%20Sardegna"]Jerzu[/ame], more info in this thread. The guy there was very helpful when I got my first real pair of fins and offered to take me out for some spearing/diving.
Should You happen to go there, please convey my greetings - he probably won't remember me, though.
And maybe pick up their Contact details for me?

Cheers! And Have fun!

Richard

P.S.: There's some decent rock climbing in the area around Jerzu, if You are so inclined.

Look here:
No Limits Center Diving Mediterraneo

From their homepage:
During the whole Summer, from June to September, Umberto Pelizzari and his staff provide apnea courses. These will take place at Diving Mediterraneo, where the Apnea Academy is based.

I wouldn't need more
