what exactly is? I've read about this in breath-ups
and it's supposed to be: inhale-pause for some seconds-exhale-no pause
anybody knows what is the purpose of the asimetric
retention? and what is the inhale-exhale time ratio?
any help?

thanks in advance!

(and beware of the season flu!! )
