Thue crabs in Portuguese called "Santola" are really delicious and they are my favourite seafood

Yeah, me too, I had one in Portugal a few years ago. I'm going back to Algarve in a few weeks (I'm Portuguese but living in the US 40+ years) I used to catch lots of Octopus in the 80's, but haven't seen many the last 15 years. Do you have any tips on catching Octopus in Algarve, also I never saw any Santola in the water, where do you find them?
