I live on Oahu. Me and a buddy are looking for a scuba class with the least amount of paper work. We have done Scuba before and we are looking to get the cirtificate. So if anyone can help thanks.

I have been offered padi books signed anywhere up to rescue diver on at least 6 occasions over the years from padi instructors for anywhere up to £50 . Is that the type of course you are after?

One padi instructor was even willing to give em to us for free. Well I say free but in reality I think he was wanting mention for work.
