on the above link is a picture of a pollack on my fins. It has some healed grazes visible near the tail. Out of seven fish I shot over the two days, four of them had these scars. On one fish in particular the wounds still had congealed blood on them. Unfortunately I didn't think to photograph that one.
The marks look like the fish was grabbed and struggled free. Anyone know what they might be made by?
On the freshly marked fish the wounds looked like a row of cuts from claws or teeth.
