Hello everyone!
2 instructors of freediving needed for Youth Exchange „Where the Magic happens…“ to be held in Albania (Vlora) 21 – 30 August.
Instructors should be able to prepare and facilitate 3 day free-dive course for group of 30 young people from different countries (20-26 age, beginner level)
Conditions for diving - open water, participants will be trained up to a maximum depth of 8 meters, they will have equipment necessary for freeDiving.
Throughout the course participants should learn:
Introduction to Freediving Specific Equipment
Basic physics and physiology for the freediver
Freediving technique development
Correct breathing and stretching for Freediving
Equalization Techniques
Buddy Supervision and Self Evaluation
Static apnea
Costs:
100% of the accommodation and food and all travel expenses are covered by o.s. Point during whole 9 days long youth exchange.
