i saw it being sold on spearo.co.uk, as you are in puerto rico, it might be a bit costly to ship etc... i didnt linke it too much, looked like a little kayak, unless you''re going to anchor it and hunt around i would not recommend it. also if you are shore hunting, it looks like a drag to be towing in surf or swell. if you want something of the same concept, and lighter, check out the dive hunter platform from sevylor.
