I'll be running freediving courses again from my own backyard over July-October, 2012, for anyone interested.

Courses are run from Öregrund, Sweden, which is some 1 hour NE of Uppsala. Accommodation and catering are readily available in the local area

Courses are custom designed and generally run from 2-4 days. Courses are limited to 6 divers. Minimum requirement is a 3-3.5mm form-fitting wetsuit. Optional extras to bring: mask, snorkel, fins, w/belt. For latest surface water temperatures: http://www.smhi.se/hfa_coord/BOOS/SST/Stationplot/Last_24h/Forsmark_SMHI.html

Charges are:
€190: 2 days
€280: 3 days
€360: 4 days

Charges include boating costs.

There is the option of camping for the more adventurous: + €40/day
