Hey guys!

My name is Sebastian and I was born in Austria. A couple of months ago I discovered Freediving during my travels in South East Asia and since then I am passionate about it.

I have the awesome opportunity to do the Master Freediving Course at Apnea Total in Koh Tao (Thailand). Lots of good experiences and incredible freediving improvement.

Looking forward to contribute and gain more knowledge on freediving. I am writing about Freediving and the Philosophy and Lifestyle that goes along with at The Art Of Freediving. Drop by and tell me what you think.
