The best I can find is through www.aida-international.org, path:
Main -> Organization -> Members -> AIDA Assembly Members -> Asia
There's contact info there for Erez Beatus and a weblink (to an all-Hebrew site, I don't get any of it).

As far as I know, Erez is on a higher level in AIDA International, and is moved to the Pacific Ocean region.
I know a good freediver called Red in Eilat, who knows things well, but still I don't know if he is now the leader of AIDA Israel or not..
Also there is Mundial, Freediver81 from Israel..
