To the more experienced spearos out there, i have got a few questions
1. when you hold your breath or take a deep breath in, i feel there is a pressure build up in the body, where do you maintain the pressure in your chest, head or stomach?
2.How long does it take for the mammalian dive reflex to kick in? i find that holding breath in the swimming pool is way easier than on dry.
3.Is it normal to break into a sweat during a certain part of your breath hold? I am talking about static apnea here.
4.For example does a 2 minute bottom time in the swimming pool translate to me being able to do 2 minutes of swimming down to depth and back up? Or diving to a depth would mean that I have a lot less bottom time?
thanks for the feed back guys!
